Commercial Property Inspections Using Thermal ImagingCommercial buildings have unique aspects which require using the best technology. Using thermal imaging during a commercial property inspection can have a significant impact on our ability to find hidden problems that most inspectors would not see. Moisture issues, energy efficiency issues, and pest related issues are just a few of the examples of problems that can be found using thermal imaging that may be missed without using it. Using the best technology from FLIR allows us to "see" temperature differences, which could show a potential problem.

Drones Can Go Where Many Inspectors Cannot
Some areas of commercial property roofs are inaccessible or too dangerous to traverse on foot. Drones using HD video and picture capabilities allow us to see any area of a roof and not miss potential significant problems. Technology such as drones should be a standard tool of any inspector but few inspectors utilize drone technology. We embrace technology and use it to ensure our clients get the most information possible during every inspection we perform. Commercial building inspections require the use of the best technology in order to find the most potential problems.
Certified Radon Testing Using the Best Radon Testing Equipment
We are certified by the National Radon Proficiency Program NRPP to provide residential radon testing. The State of Wisconsin does not require licensing or certification to conduct radon testing, however we are certified nationally and use state of the art Sun Nuclear continuous radon monitors. Our tests are completed in 48 hours and unlike charcoal tests you get an hour by hour reading of the radon level in your property. Our radon monitors also prevent tampering and movement to ensure your test is accurate.
Mold Testing Using Air and Surface Sampling
- Mold problems in a commercial property can have a significant effect on the health of people in the building. During a commercial property inspection there are occasions when suspected mold growth is observed or there is an odor of possible mold like substances. Most mold problems are caused by moisture intrusion issues and conditions that promote mold growth. Mold testing involves a visual inspection of checking for moisture intrusion problems and areas of possible mold growth. Mold can only be verified through laboratory testing and often things that look like mold can end up not being actual mold. Air sampling and contact sampling can be done by using equipment designed for collecting mold spores. These samples are then sent to a qualified laboratory for testing with results usually completed within 72 hours. We are certified in mold testing and have the capabilities to provide this service for customers who are concerned about air quality issues in their property. Mold testing can be performed with or without a commercial property inspection.
